Makita vacuim extension, the small diameter came out a little under sized. I suspect I need to calibrate the printer somehow, but may have been undersize in the model.

Don't print the whole thing. Just sink the model into the bed and print a short test piece.

I suppose I should be using Bambu Studio for printing as then I could see what the designer has intended for sizes

Is it running Klipper?

If so (and possibly even if not) check your printer.cfg file - the axis calibrations are in there. In my case (Elegoo Neptune 4), the X axis was accurate, but the Y axis was consistently about 0.15% undersized, so I tweaked the 'rotation_distance' to compensate:

With downloaded files, it's not unknown to have to alter their dimensions/ratios slightly, for them to be right.

I printed some capes that fit 80 downpipe to take welding rods.
From Thingiverse as a fishing rod holder. The screw cap has a hole in it, which i tapped M8 and put a bolt in it.
I cut a leather washer to seal the screw cap.

Little brackets to hold led strip lights up to girders, and then brackets for cable ties to hold the wires in place

I should have put the screw hold to hold the light up and the edge, with them jn the middle there was only 6mm to screw into and I didn't have any screws short enough, had to use nuts as spacers.

The ones with the slot for the cable ties... slots should have been at 90' so cable tie would like up better with wire running over it


Doesn't really matter, they all worked ok... i designed/printed a bunch of them the night before in a rush and wanted to get lights fitted today so no time to re print
