Not today, but acquired a 200T 4M bed Edwards Pearson pressbrake. Fully CNC, hydraulic tool clamping. Bought a load of new tooling with it. One of the last ones before they sold out to the Chinese.

I'm not jealous.

We have no on-site metal form capability. Or indeed, it appears, much knowledge of how to use sheet metal. Trying to educate a fellow design engineer about tool access required, spring back etc - he had come up with something in the sheetmetal application in our CAD system that is impossible to make - but he was still going to ring suppliers to talk to them about it. I do hope they don't start to tar us all with the same brush . . .

Silicone Chicken.

Keeps the pots open to allow the steam out and not over boil! Actually really useful!

When I gave Alison her dream pan set she'd been asking for this last 10 years some five years ago . I made sure the lids had extended internal rims some 30 mm down into the pans and that the pans had double opposed pouring lips , more important was the lids have drain holes in the rims in two different sized drain holes on opposite sides .

So if you were left or right handed you simply rotate the lid to the lip to use the draining hole you choose it also helps in reducing the amount of water you put in the air when cooking for you can rotate the lids so the drains are closed off..
