Mated together and prepared the new drivetrain for posting into the 90 in place of the knackered original 19J engine & LT77 box with worn splines to transfer case. Its a refreshed 200tdi with new seals/cambelt etc, 19J bellhousing drilled and tapped with extra studs to match the 200tdi, unworn LT77 12J gearbox & a discovery transfer case that has slightly higher ratio lowering cruise rpm on long trips. I have a 12J low ratio transfer case that can go on if I decide I need the lower ratio to tow heavy things or the original 19j ratio transfer case for a middle ground, either of which should be a easy task to swap over in the car (famous last words...)
