Dont want to waste my carbide endmills, but I do have an insert endmill. The inserts are no good, not sharp, so thought its worth a try with the cordless grinder.
Now it is sharp, though I think still too far off center to be any good, 12mm really needs smaller inserts!
Quick test cut on aluminium, quite happy, but for a single flute on alu it really needs much higher rpm.
