Not done a lot really, apart from mess up the welding on the headstock. I did a fair job to start with, got everything in place, gussets in place, all welded inside and out, then decided to put a second 'coat' over the main tube welds.... and made a total pigs ear of it, looks horrible.
UJ slotted in place okay, but I found I had the motor an inch too high at the front, so to get it as close to perfect as possible the engine plate had to come out and be heavily modified. Good job I didn't go for the 8mm laser cut aluminium plan I'd first had.
Beer mixed with Ebay again, and I scored a Hyabusa rear wheel 28mm spindle, designed for a 200hp bike, so should do the job.
Everybody has billet alloy yokes, so i've decided on billet plywood for mine.
