a few months ago i bought a pair of mudguards at auction. about £2 iirc. the pics where useless for working out size and the description was equally unhelpful.
turns out they are for 8" wheels, so not much use for a 225 45 18 tyre.. but im stubborn so...
not pretty, took ages, still have another to do, but it will work.
