getting near mot time for dads horsebox again. a spot of 'i should fix that as mots are expensive' lead to replacing the leaf spring buffers on the rear springs and removing and repainting the air tanks.
jack up under axle (i love the air jack), put massive axle stands under chassis, lower axle to full droop, hammer cold chisel into spring pack in leau of my portapower, cut old rotten buffers off, fit new...
i always double axle stand this, but couldnt this time as i didnt have enough cribbing.
