I thought I had posted info of my setup but obviously not, will need to sort photos when I get home.
The bench was my first welding project and is 1200 x 900 and 900 high or thereabouts.
Made from 50mm square box section for the frame with a 12mm top plate and 200kg braked castors at each corner.
Just spent the whole of yesterday rearranging the garage to get better space (the joys of working from a single garage !).
Did have a tool chest mounted underneath on the shelf but removed it as access was a pain, so the shelf underneath houses the Portamig, chopsaw and few other bits and bobs as I am making a moveable unit to house the Arc, Tig and Plasma cutter and all the tig rods and paraphernalia.
I have my vice on a separate stand along with my metal wire wheel as per Chunko's suggestion on not having a vice on your workbench, so your tools don't 'dance' on the workbench when you hit items in the vice !
