I need to crack on with mine now, or the electrics will hold me back. Pretty similar to yours except I'm still swithering on 10mm vs 16mm SWA.
I'm not planning an EV charger, but if need be I'd install a 32A Commando and use a "portable" charger. Cuts out a lot of the bureaucracy since I'm not "installing" an EV charger.

I'll be getting a 9" wide trench dug shortly from garage to house. Ostensibly for the electrical duct, it'll follow the ideal route for where I want to re-route my mains water in to house and install a 110mm soil pipe for kitchen waste. With Ts on both I could tap in from the garage later if I wanted to.
With then a 9" wide, circa 600mm deep trench, how best to arrange the services, as in what above/below what? All will be bedded in pea shingle before back filling.

Ive found now Ive finished all my barn converting etc, keeping my accounts open at builders merchants, the free delivery is a good send for builders bags and big stuff like drainage pipe.

Place near us, road with a long sweeping curve. BT started one end digging and laying cable. BG started the other end laying pipe. Both were backfilling as they went. They reckon the respective workers, supervisors and managers would pass the other crew on their way to and from work each day. This carried on even when they came round the corner in sight of each other.

It offends me being on the skew and I think it'll look better on a plan drawing...
Seriously though the long straight would work better for the drainage and water runs, avoid a bfo tree/roots and save disturbing the forsythia again in the future.
Why run the 20mm duct inside the 60mm power duct, rather than just lay them side by side in the trench?
Based on my experience I'd suggest 40mm for the data cabling. I actually found it quite difficult pulling four Cat5e cables though 40mm. My route was longer, maybe 30m underground, but a pretty straight route other than the unavoidable bends to bring it to the surface.

A foot wide cut through one path for the 9" trench for just the 63mm electrical duct to the house cu.
Then a 2' wide cut through the other path for the 12" maybe 18" bucket for the main trench. That will have 110mm soil, MDPE water pipe and the 63mm electrical duct.
Aim is (@Pete.'s suggestion) to drill down at an angle in the porch. Then drill horizontal under the tiled porch from within the trench to meet up. If we didn't have this hosepipe ban I'd "drill" horizontal with the pressure washer
The main thing is getting the electrics sorted for the EV charger.
