Need at least a foot wide I think to get enough gravel round the services. Sure there's a minimum size?
You're going to be putting drainage lowest, so that's just the 110mm on its own. Water above it, then your power and data. I don't think you'd need anything special packing around the drain pipe.
I've just done a surface water drain, 6" trench with 4" perforated pipe. There was room for plenty of shingle around the pipe as well as below.
