Why Cat 5?last one i did had swa gland underneath and a 20mm conduit entry . doing one tomorrow and its pre wired with a rubber flex a meter long on it 3 core and cat 5 cable , goes in to an adaptable box then swa to db. im using ev armoured only because its getting clipped to a wall 30 meters long not underground price is £7.00 pm for 6.0mm

If you are running it above the door it may be worth investing in fire rated clips plus they make it much easier for onemanperson installation as you fit the clips first then install the cable.
I used them when installing a few SWA runs in @Cato unit.
