I was correct thanks. That is a 12mm tool the 10mm one don't hold the inserts properly so they breakTop pick.

You must still have some alignment issues.
possible I guess or the cutter did not like being 40mm deep in the hex bar
the rota broach dont need a pilot hole, it was nearly through when it snapped and I was going slow with plenty of oil too,

Shouldn't the coolant feed internally with those and keep the "plug" lubricated as well?
