Late father in law had a Wolesley Hornet as his first car. He said it was a six cylinder 1200cc and with being so old had habit of stretched cam chain coming off but due to immediate post war austerity no replacement available !1934 Wolesley Hornet Special

My classic collection is pretty limited.
A very good condition rare Range Rover V8efi - 4 door 1985 body shell with 1986 running gear - first of the 4 spd autos. 43000 genuine miles and no rust
An Alfa 75 twin spark Veloce
A Discovery 300tdi safari
I did have a 110 V8 county station wagon ex police - loved it - bloke offered to restore it - dismantled it - beat up his wife and did a runner to Cyprus
It will be for sale in approx 4 years.. the job it does, will no longer exist. It is 6 wheel drive, and returns approximately 10 mpg. I will get some more pics at the end of April, as it is booked out onto a job. We have 2 of them, but the other one never gets used, and has been neglectedThat is my dream to build something like that for expedition/overland use.
Let me know if you ever sell it!
