Appreciate time taken to research my question and provide images, however, your overthinking the question.Just for illustration:

And many other spring compressors will use other form and other size threads too, same for pullers.
The picture you sent doesn't have any references for us to try to size it so all we can tell you is it looks like a pretty basic course thread. On a spring compressor set it's likely to be anywhere from M12 to M18 or 1/2UNC to 3/4UNC.
If it's robustness you're after then people have already pointed you to using trapezodial or square thread instead but the reason *that* is used on spring compressors is because you're much less likely to damage the top of the thread if it rubs against the spring when using it (since the springs bend as you compress them) - not because of any sort of wear advantage for using them frequently.

I understand you are trying to help but you are thinking of too many un-necassary variables.
The intended use of the thread doesn't include spring compression.
I wish to use the thread type which is currently used on my Coil Spring Compressor and Hub Puller, which I provided photo of, which I found online and I can't see why you need to know a references to size, when it is just to identity the thread type.
I never asked for a recommendation of which thread to use, I just said that I had read online that it's often stated it's a ACME & Trapezoidal Thread, which I don't think it is.
Within my second post, I stated since my initial post, I may have discovered, the thread used on the Coil Spring Compressor, is possibly a UNC Thread, which I identified by my own visual comparison.
So whether it just so happens to be what 1000s of manufacturers have off the shelf, cheap enough to do what needs to be done, that's the thread which I had already decided to use, even before I posted my question to the forum.
Not when I provided a photo of a specific thread to make a comparison.

The basic answer to your question is, no.
That thread can't be reliably identified just from the photos/info given.
So, you can deluge what you want to use it for and people can suggest suitable threads,
Or, put up a close up photo showing the profile of the cutting, and a measurement of the overall diameter and the spacings between the peaks of the thread and people can make a good guess at what it is.
If you don't have anything to measure the diameter then wrap a piece of paper around it, slice it with a blade and measure the length of the paper when it's flat again.
If you don't have a thread gauge hold the end (zero) of a ruler against the tip of one thread apex and look along until you find another tip that corresponds exactly to a measure on the rule, tell us both the measurement and the number of tips between that measurement.
To use your analogy of being able to identify a thread from a photo like you would identify a spanner size just by looking,
Can you tell me what size spanner I need for this bolt?

As HotPonyShoes implied, this is basically what you're asking everyone else.
So is it more likely that literally either every single person that's being trying to help on this thread is being argumentative - or is it that you refuse to elaborate and are just basically wasting everyones time who's trying to help you at this point?
HPS has given you some good ideas to work out what thread you actually have but the reasoning behind using that particular thread is still a strange one. Unless you're using for exact same application with the same parts and stresses as what you're already using the spring compressors for.
But as you're done with the thread, I'm done replying, you can go on my ignore list so I don't waste time in future when I could be helping someone else.

Although, I said I wont to reply to additional contribution, I could not stand by why some forum members choose to ridicule, by posting silly comments and images of wheel nuts, just because my opinion differs from theirs, which is bullying.
At the time of my last post, only one forum member, despite my numerous justification to my reasoning, continued to dispel my question, despite me advising them not to overthink the question.
I believed their responses was becoming argumentative, as despite my justification, they continue to contradict, which is argumentative.
So don't make out that I'm saying everyone who contributed to my post was argumentative, they were not.
I asked a question, in regard to identify a particular thread type from its descriptive use.
Like, if someone was to ask me, "What's the type of thread used to wind an Engineers Vice open and close or what type of thread is used in a Scissor Jack to raise the Jack ?" and purely from its descriptive use, I can simple say, they are an ACME/Trapezoidal Thread; and that's without seeing an image, knowing measurements or scale.
Within hours of my initial post, my 2nd post to this thread and on the 1st page, I stated that I've discovered the thread is a UNC Thread.
There was a possibility it could have been a BSW Thread, although due to the flattening of the peaks to the thread shown in the photos I uploaded, I decided it's a UNC Thread and I came to this conclusion purely by comparing photos of Threads found online.
