Took me all day to clean up those welds, for a start it's an absolute nightmare to see what you're doing, I ended up taping a fibre optic light to the side.
I've got a tub of "Aloxite", I'm pretty sure it's blasting media but sprinkling it on a damp rag worked really well for cleaning/graining the insides.
I read somewhere citric acid can passivate stainless, not sure but it's not gonna do it any harm, so that's what's in there.
Excuse the exposed wiring, I'll have to do something about that tomorrow.
If you look closely there's another pair of wires coming from that heating element, I completely forgot I put a temp probe in the thermowell, that'll need wiring in too.
