Still looking at my Oxford with a view to fault finding parts. This is what secondary failure looks like!
The primary may be ok?
It has 0.5 ohms resistance which is not supprising as the cable is thick!
I'm not transformer guru so I'm unsure if I can apply voltage to this while it's not in a transformer? I'm assuming it will present a negligible impedance and blow a fuse?
Anybody know the correct way to test this stuff out?
