you just slacken it of a fraction and tap itThe drawbar is just a threaded rod - doesn't look like it will take much punishment. Perhaps a solid bar down there?

tap it harder one good smack its not going to just fall out
Take care that there isn't a lookout on the draw bar and you're not winding it out through the nut. One of the guys where I worked spent a whole day hammering on theirs until he got up and took a proper look.
Locknut?
Bloody auto correct...
Yes, the drawer was made from threaded rod with two nuts locked together, one long nut, one standard. They spun the long nut off leaving one behind still holding the taper.
Drawbar?
That’s a hole, those two phases are probably feeding the light.
That makes it a 415v light then!!!
It doesn't look right whatever Voltage it is.
If it's 3 phase then that cable for the light is across two phases! And no earth by the look of it.
If it's 240v the earth is switched (a big no no)
Whatever it is that cable top right needs a stuffing gland on it or it'll be cut by the drilled metal hole it's poked through.
@fizzy what plug was on it???
it probably will have a transformer on it some have them in the base of the light . a simple bit of investigation and a fresh piece of wire put in will sort itIf it's a low voltage light as said then it will have a transformer so a 415v is not that crazy.
