Thats tight....how did you get the steadies downGot the caravan back to my workshop today. I hope to move it to the back of the workshop next weekend, but it’s going to be very tight getting it past the skinniest section and then moving everything about to get it in the back by itself.

There’s more room than it looks and I can get down the side, but there is also access to the back via another door.Thats tight....how did you get the steadies down
If the OP wobble box is being restored.
That is one less to allow this to happen.

Grabbing coat and running away.
I used to tow with a BMW 5 series 530d that I had remapped. I think it had over 300 horse power. I was at some traffic lights and these kids pulled up besides revving away at their Corsa (or whatver it was) with the big exhaust. The lights changed and I left them standing. You should have seen their faces when they realised I had a caravan on the back.......mind you the wifes face was also a picture and I was reminded that I was a grown man.I used to tow a caravan with a Lancia integrale . . . you'd get clowns winding themselves up to pass on the straight, downhill bits . . . then slow me down on the curvy and uphill bits . . . where I normally passed them again - used to annoy me muchly - I'm trying to maintain a nice constant speed and some twonk HAS to pass . . . and then slows down.

left many standing at the lights over the years
Mine still has the gas lamps sadly does not get used as much as I would like but the Volvo towed it nicely especially with the v90 engine in it coming up that hill to the air balloon roundabout I sat nicely a a steady 55-60
its 7ft wide at the skiniest part of the workshop, whilst also being 8ft high at the smallest height into the large workshop area so plenty big enough
as goes for being a grown man yeah we still have the kid in us and we cant resist on some things left many standing at the lights over the years
@Burdekin remember for height that 2" wood can be removed as its only a facia front to cover the top hinges on the door when closed
The workshop is an unusual shape, looks like a fair size though.
Some tidying up and some do-si-do ing this morning. Should make a start on the outside later on.
