That would depend on the type of header tank, pressurised or just a collector bottle thingy. I'm complexing how to bleed air from both high points of the system simultaneously.I always fit a small bore bleed pipe from the pump outlet to the header tank, even if it’s the length of the Vehicle.
Looking good, hope you can get it all to its again when it comes time for paint! Dont ask me how I know this! So, todays contributions. I've put together the exhaust pipes to the rearmost silencers, mounted in the bed. Very close fit. But I'm stumped where else they could fit.
Theory is that with the fans running there will be enormous amounts of air drawn in all over this area, so the heat shouldn't be an issue. (there's also a fuel tank and tool box to fit in the bed.....)
Current plan is to angle the exhaust out the side of the bed, but i'm toying with running a sort of 'fishtail' out the back, narrow, to clear the rad.
I should have bought a narrower rad..... 1st world problems.

I think mines too low for that mate.Too many silencers ? i went for some offsets to give me a quieter sound and dumped them under the axle, seems fine so far

I was toying with just that same idea earlier. I can make them out of sheet steel.I think thin fishtails would work well.
There's not enough room, with the axle travel etc.Could you not use a generic over the axle exhaust? even if it means laying it over a bit to miss the shocks .

Having put a bike through an msva, id suggest you build a system to pass the inspection, and one for later use! The one for the test requires a makers name on it!Side exit and do away with the rear silencers
It looks very nice
After MSVA maybe.Side exit and do away with the rear silencers

Nah, the whole idea of MSVA is you're building a one off vehicle, so no way will they expect you to have a production exhaust on the vehicle. Besides, mine do have a makers name on:Having put a bike through an msva, id suggest you build a system to pass the inspection, and one for later use!
