I just ordered one as well.

I changed the front springs on a 3 series recently and it was sketchy to say the least with standard spring compressors, I needed to use 2 sets.
Never again.

Also, I might be able to modify it into a transmission jack as I've a clutch to change soon and I'm no longer strong enough to lift a gearbox myself.
Would save having to store two more tools that will get used once in a blue moon.

They usually come back with a slightly lower than original price and then add vat and postage and it’s 30% higher than advertised price.

So turned up super fast, happy It managed to do 1 merc ml rear spring, Slipped out few times Then seems to have bent the fork holders, Spent 4 hours trying to fit the other side spring, eventually had to make packing pieces to pack out the forks, an jubilee clip on the top fork to stop the spring slipping, all in all a cheap poorly made tool, same as everything now days, just good enough to struggle for hours an manage to fit 2 springs, Be brave springs have flown out on me every time

As some sort of measure of WTF, almost none of the ones I saw illustrated the safety chain being used.

Today I ordered a new lounge suite, we went round a few shops, did see a nice 2 seater with power recline, built in wireless phone charger with blue tooth connection to hidden speakers and it even had pull-out cup holders, Mrs Robo liked that one, but £5k just for the settee and we still had to add a chair and footstool, not gonna happen.
Found one we both liked and put the order in, but lead time is nearly 3 months and as the lounge will probably be finished in a month we will have to get a couple chairs in from the garden as a stop gap

It's a smart thing. The one I have in the workshop is only for powering a few items, & for recharging lamps & powerbanks, so that one could act dumb as, if it chose, & be no problem.

17 minutes on that charger, phone battery went from 58 to 90 percent, so it's a decent quick charge. Used one of the uppermost ports. Not sure what wattage they are, offhand.

Battery clips to belt or shoulder strap. It'll make the tool feel 0.7-1.1kg lighter with the batteries I'm using, which will be a huge advantage for hedge trimming.

A greatly irritating process. The item wont show on the UK site. I have an amazon account with prime, the JP site wont recognise it. I register, add all my details. The price shown totals about 65 quid. Checkout page it adds roughly a fiver to the items price, and then tries to add currency conversion fees. The latter is no issue as my card doesnt have fees, so I pay in Yen.
Either way its still £20 cheaper than through ebay, and shows delivery to be this week, excellent.
It should work out as £69.

I love mine it makes a real first class job .
None of the importers I do reviews for did one in the UK.
I bought mine full price and am very happy with it .
