Ive a Rollex Submariner a bluesy there nicknamed. I bought it in 1999, and until I went to work in Angola, I wore it everyday. Stopped wearing it at home when doing the stonework on my barns, as it was knocking hell out of it.

But times are gradually changing, especially in the big cities, phones and watches are high value items.

and well were on the subject on saturday I acquired one of those cheap lidl's

for £3 it'll do for home / garage havn't tested it against the mity yet but should be good enough for my bodgery but then when I got home

The Aliexpress NR17. I kept my rtech handle because im not really a fan of the ribbed it came with. feels surprisingly decent. smooth operation etc.

Will try it out later today and give a verdict

I blught a similar and seems to work adequately. A common thing to note is the sealing edges can be a bit rough and need a very light cleanup to make them seal well, may be why yours is noisey?
