I blught a similar and seems to work adequately. A common thing to note is the sealing edges can be a bit rough and need a very light cleanup to make them seal well, may be why yours is noisey?

I assume you mean where the swivel head meets the body? ill give that a look a bit later, the gas just sounds a bit crunchy?

Ah yes, that reminds me, also thanks to @8ob I too bought one of these. Fortunately it all arrived intact and whilst I have assembled it, I haven't tried it yet, but it seems decent enough for the money. :thumbup:

The little bag you seem to be missing should have a nozzle, the plastic nozzle retainer, an airline fitting, an Allen key and two little grub screws that will secure the red bit to the black bit.

Yea my Mrs got 6 years out of her last pair, but on mine the rubber seemed to perish, Im wondering if like many brands the accountants are trying to squeeze a bit extra margin and moving manufacturing and process to cheaper options.

Today i acquired! A friend is clearing a house he owns to put it on the market, He has had enough of being a landlord! Old boy had lived there for 4 years & left it full of junk, He is just clearing the garage & sheds.
So yesterday arrived a Sealey Mig welder & a few panel beaters dollies. Today a lovely Snap on Panel beaters pick hammer, plus boxes of car fuses, electrical connectors etc. Two great rolls of nice leather. Its like Xmas all over again!
Plus a ice cream tub half full of damp black gunpowder. Just the sort of thing you need to have laying around a workshop. So that was a quick trip to the creek & tip it into the tide.

A few purchases arrived this week, ahead of a big fitted furniture project!

Domino was second hand but unused so a decent saving on new. Router arrived this week from @Craig-S along with other treasures. A perfect transaction with Craig who is a gentleman, thank you.

I had similar thoughts but was hoping to see a few tons more found , so I could smuggle it bit by bit to the political wetbed before lighting it

My eight year old toggi's are doing well , must be proper rubber and a full 6mm neoprene lining before they started skimping and they are full zip so nice easy on and off . they've survived concreting twice with a good hose down , last year I bought the misses some Ariat ones they havn't been worn yet
