Also got a makita DA4031 right angle drill though doesn't appear to be working, hopefully it's an easy fix or that's me down a fair bit!

Plus another box of machine skates, a Steerman SCS-20 kit though don't need it since I got all the smaller ones last month so that'll be going on ebay.

Also was told these are all dated 2023/24 coming up soon and there's easily 40 mini diggers!

I'm so happy for you, my father is doing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Today I acquired freedom from Radiotherapy, after 20 treatments; and hopefully feeling better and back to normal in a couple of weeks.
Just to let him know I'm into Makita, usually cheaper than MilwaukeeDoes he need more friends![]()

Not even need to count them as I have only oneTrue friends can be counted on one hand

The difference is in life time .I tend to just buy the cheapest 0.9mm discs I can find for the small grinder...don't really see much real difference in the way they perform vs the branded stuff...but I'm only usually cutting thin stuff anyway.
Having done a half day in the woods yesterday with the new chain, there’s a noticeable difference, didn’t re tension the chain once, whereas the previous snapped one I’d adjusted twice,it was packaged in Stihl packaging however.Do you think the previous one was fake copy of a stihl chain ?
I totally didn't think about it before I bid on themAdmit it. At some point in time, you will be waving one of those around, pretending it's a lightsaber.

Probably at diggerlandLooks interesting, where is the auction for the diggers?
Thanks. Its the side effects that are the hardest part to deal with. I've have also experienced irritability, and have been unnecessarily impatient; which is totally the opposite to how I am, but that issue has seemed to have faded away. I've spoken to quite a few others with my condition receiving the same treatment, and each have experienced different side effects; some much worse than mine. It is what it is, and I was told it usually takes several weeks after therapy to get back to some state of normality. I'm confident you and your family have a strong bond with your Father to help him get through this difficult time, its not easy. My thoughts are with you.I'm so happy for you, my father is doing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
Last one is destroying him but mentally not physically, he's getting very upset and violent sometimes for nothing.
Stupid useless arguments everyday maybe because you need to take a glass and you happen to walk in front of him .
Can't wait for the end of all of that because it's very hard for him and for us as well
I'm in the market for this kind of gear. Do you have a "buy it now" figure in mind? My big machine is almost 4 tonnes and the next biggest isn't far behind, so a bit of a challenge to move.Plus another box of machine skates, a Steerman SCS-20 kit though don't need it since I got all the smaller ones last month so that'll be going on ebay.

Carb for the McCulloch CS340. AV mounts for the Stihl 020T and a chain catcher for the G372XP. That lot costing £57!
Is there not a local NI or Ireland tool supplier, support your local business? There must be one, most tool shops can order in parts.L&S is a good supplier but they take the p with their carriage charges to NI.

LSE coudlnt be bothered fo list a Makita part I wanted after speaking with them on the phone and waiting a few days, so I got it from LawsonHIS.
These are for upto 20t so definitely overkill for you haha. I'd recommend the vevor ones being PU wheels that won't damage the floor and significantly cheaper, you can select the 4 pack of 8t for £120 or 4x the single pack of 6t for £100.I'm in the market for this kind of gear. Shame Dean Doherty doesn't do repair services https://youtube.com/@deandohertygreaserNo one here stocks parts for machine tools like Makita, etc. They all order from GB from the likes of L&S so I'm cutting out the middle man.
There is a local stihl dealer but he is expensive and a disaster at ordering in parts for you. If I need to repair something it's usually urgent so waiting a month on a part is poor service.
