A free sample of stainless, unknown grade but suspected to be 316L as there was some 316L marked nearby. Destroyed one insert but then tried another that worked very nicely.

Its bloody heavy, 14mm ish plate. Everything is very stiff and a lot of muck and swarf, as is often the case with the Chinese stuff, but hopefully should be good once its had a clean and a tune up.

There's press in oil points on the front of the 4 square bearing blocks which should ease the stiffness. Certainly very heavy and for the price they are on offer having to fettle it a bit to big deal.

Same here. These are so much better than we had as kids though. Fabric canopy, & that netting means no twisted/tangles ropes.
