Men's bikes are all over 200kgs
He has to go 250cc and below for something lightweight or a scooter maybe he has to travel over here and buy an vintage Vespa or something like that.
Dirt bikes aren't surely a thing for a grown man, well if he doesn't want to preserve his spine
