Especially to remove bearings your regular, thinned jaw or even guillotine pullers can't grab.
I've just thought that right now, never even used one of this kind but just realized how useful they are, I have to get one as soon as possible.

I was having a look on ebay seeking for used airsoft stuff...
Didn't find anything anything I need at an honest price, just an acog optical fiber scope replica but not really needed it so I let someone else to buy it.
I've had a little look on AliExpress and got two little accessories for my M4A1
An EoTECH 558? Replica holographic sight with IR capabilities and quick detach lever.
It comes with it's little plastic case but no battery
And a WADSN An-Peq 15 replica
With white LED light, Red laser pointer, and IR illuminator.
No IR laser pointer unfortunately Wich would have been great cause I have NVG and the airsoft fields nearby play at night too.
Anyways it comes with a plastic case and remote switch.
I'll later get a rail mounted switch maybe
Paid less than an used dummy one

Fairly expensive too.
But I've learned to not go cheap on pullers, cause they can be enough dangerous

A boot full of gravel. Granted, in my car that isn't actually all that much gravel, but it's probably enough. Originally there was a strip of gravel alongside the house, at the bottom of the wall, and it's been paved over because the gravel used to get in the lawnmower, and I thought I'd re-instate it if I can get the concrete and paving up.

As I was going past screwfix, stopped to get a rake. The boss currently has a cheap metal one that digs into grass and is pretty useless at shifting tree cuttings, the cleanup takes twice as long as a result.

Brushless Grinder , charger and batteries , all been under water in a boat that sunk, all stripped and dying out on my bench now, the charger might work again, who knows , batteries are toast but might have salvageable cells or use as a basis for an adaptor to another battery brand. Worst case scenario is i break it for parts , still a winner.
