A freebie from CEF..! Six metres of generic rubber (more plastic really...) 3-core 2.5mm cable that wasn't the H07RN-F that I'd ordered; as they didn't have the cable I'd ordered online for collection (wasn't even cut when I went to collect after work) they said I could have it as a freebie.
I'll still find somewhere that sells the pukka stuff as this is a longer cable for the wee red box of TIG magic that is the MicorTIG, and nothing but the best for her.

That is a reasonable price and far better delivery charges than many I've just been looking at; I've just bought a 10m length on eBay for £16.49 including delivery - but I'll bookmark them for future use if I need longer lengths or want to order a variety of cables.

WW2 style Officer compass. There is a name and a number on it. I have sent an E mail to the Royal British Legion to see if they can help.
It was found in "Flea Market" in Israel.
A friend found this at a local charity shop.
WD stamped grease gun.
Nice little project.

A Kenrick No.2 Coffee Mill.
One lug is broken, the table clamp screw is seized.
But it does grind coffee.

You have to be a bit smart searching for this type of cable on eBay. Some people will list it correctly as H07 etc. (letter H, number zero, number 7). Others will list it as HO7 (letter H, letter O, number 7). Searching for one 'spelling' will omit (possibly cheaper) results for the other.

I just needed flexible cable quick, would have liked H07RN but couldn't get any in time so bought 10m from Screwfix and when I opened up the packaging it had H07RN printed on the cable sheath

That was a stroke of luck! I doubt I'd be as fortunate; the stuff I got for free is way more plastic in feeling than proper H07RN - despite CEF telling me it was equivalent.
