theres another bigger one i offered him £30 and hes thinking about it 
fingers crossed, missed out on 2 anvils at least 2ft long that went for£40 each 
this is £100 im thinking about it and theres a reason for that it may get left behind when they sell up

I wouldn't bank of it, get it bought as whatever's with it by way of tooling etc will in all probability be worth more.

The only issue is location in a shed with a 2ft wide door at the bottom of a steep garden with a winding crazy paving path then the drive is ridiculously steep and on a bend with no easy parking outside . im an optimist but it going to be a pain to get it out

if owts going cheap it wont be a problem
if the egyptians can move 30 ton rocks on sand it should be a doddle i retrieved a heavy safe from a cellar they said i could have it if i could remove it . scaffie planks a jack sackbarrow and scaffie rollers and rope and 3 bodies all that was needed

When I went to look at the Boxford lathe I bought, it had been in an unused shed for quite a few years. I could barely fit through the door which was blocked by a big tree that had grown in front of it. A muddy garden and awkward path also had to be negotiated, so I understand your plight; but it will be worth it in the long run.
