I have a pair of skates with large castors, used them to move a couple of M300's, your welcome to borrow them

Cheers i have machinery skates but would probably use scaffold tubes as there are loads of short ones everywhere, looks like the bottom of a Master is relatively flat otherwise id put it on planks . Had success moving a 1 1/2 ton Victoria mill a few months back just sliding it on thick plastic

What's that getrag for, that's tiny!

Its to go behind a V8Ford in a silly little car, currently have the 265 dogleg getrag 5 speed version which is unnecessary as its direct top the same as the 4 speed, Its a bit of a weight/space saving and comes with a speedo drive

Those testers are good for old land rovers and other things that can’t go on the rollers.

A hex driver for roofing screws but this one is great has a ball bearing held in place by a spirolox ring.

Can't speak for the m12 but have the m18 fuel (not the surge one) and it is brilliant. Built a large wooden structure in the garden and it drove 150mm m10 lags with ease. Snapped a 1/2" adaptor the other week

I have the older standard version and it's ok... nothing special, compared to 18v. The M12 Fuel stuff on the other hand... really decent. Cousin uses his every day.

Finally got my "Galaxy buds live", they were free with my phone but shipping them at the same time is too easy for Samsmeg, I had to wait till I got the phone, then download an app which behaved like a website not optimised for mobile, tell them where I bought the phone, how much it was, the imei number, what I had for breakfast, my mothers Maiden name and the date of birth of my cat's beautician. Then they'll ship within 45 days! 49 short days using a crappy USB C adapter later, look what shows up!


They're okay, let's just say I'm glad they were free. They sound pretty good and they stay in the ear really well but they're not particularly comfortable (maybe I'm just not used to them yet), the touch control is useless and the active noise cancelling seems to amplify ambient noise.

Saw my Snap on Man for the first time in a while, bought a couple of bits I needed, then a couple I didn't. He knows I am a sucker for something a bit different so I ended up with the 100th Anniversary ratchet screwdriver (which is actually very nice) and a new spanner rack that I didn't particularly need but looks great!

No photos cos I havent had a chance yet but ill let you use your imagination.

So today was a day of lots of shop trips due to need. First however is the important trip, down to Kent to Hobarts laser stockist for some plywood and acrylic I ordered, 50 mile round trip or 48quid delivery i'd rather the trip.
Got to hobarts, collected my rather large order, and my Skip sensor went off, my spider senses were tingling, I spoke to the owners son who runs the warehouse and discussed with him scrap and then asked if I could take the stuff on the skip. With his permission I took 2 8'x4' sheets of 3.6mm ply that's oak skinned and a 100x120mm sheet of 5mm black acrylic as well as a few small bits, The ply has some damage and some warping but will be useful for making some nice products, The Acrylic is about £50 worth and will be made in to stuff in time. All in all a good haul me thinks
