I will use it. As I do get jobs that require pipe threading. I normally go to my local. So it will a nice machine to use
Yep you are right.
Cast alloy deck with steel bits bolted to it.
Cracking mower, But it has got some compression. Almost need a kick start on it rather than pull cord. My old crf 250 would have less.
Well will give me some more time on the ac tig to repair the deck then. Then paint it up and referb the rest of the parts.
Only thing I will have too look at it repacking the exhaust as is quite loud.
It would be great for holding delicate parts.![]()
They were a cracking mower, the deck normally corroded away but the engine was indestructible!
You might not know but you can usually set the engine rev limit at 4000 rpm on Honda mower engines, Briggs limit is only 3300rpm!
All new mower engines come preset to 2800rpm (to keep the blade speed down & emissions down) but we used to 'tweak' them for our professional customers.![]()
