The tumble reverse and change gears I need a 20t for my reverse if you have a spare as where I'm buying my other gears only have them with a 12mm bore and I'd rather not have to bore it out
One thing I'm looking at when I'm a bit more au fait with my 3D printer & the Fusion 360 drawing programme is 3D printing a full set of sacrificial gears in black ABS or some sort of tough nylon for my 75 yr old Atlas lathe. As some of the high pressure injection moulded duralumin gears are a bit crazed & replacements are hard to obtain at sensible prices this side of the world .
It seems some of the guys on the Hobby - Machinist site in the USA that I play on are already using their own homemade ABS gear wheels on their machinery , using Fusion 360 as the design & printing tool , it has a plug in programme to make parametric gears that you can buy for a couple of pounds ( $'s). These allow you to make all manner of gears in 3D plastic or cut using CAM . They seem to come highly recommended too , for the actual teeth don't take a lot of strain if you use the lathes with a bit of sympathy . Even if you do get a failure once every blue moon it would merely be six or seven hours to set the printer up and print a new gear of two .
