My mate works in a military surplus shop and said he would send me this.

A van that runs. In fact it runs very nicely. Sadly on closer inspection its a rusty as a bucket. My van which has died is not so rusty. For an old transit anyway. So now I have to take 'everything' off the rusty van, and fit it to my van. Once again, I shall trot off for the sake of the swear filter.

I went crazy and lashed out in Poundland while buying ( my third ) steel rule.

They are actually pretty decent wire brushes with plenty of wires.

They also have cans of filler foam for £2, just enough for one job, maybe fills about 10 litres space .
