I found a big and not too shallow stainless rectangular pan in the 2nd hand shop for 5 euros. One of those things out of a school kitchen or something. Think it wi ll be good for soaking parts in citric acid solution and similar.

A Woden 180 No1 pipe vice, bought it as a companion for my Woden 190/8. Looks scrapyard fresh, very rusty, one for the oil bath.

Speaking of the big Woden, that is hard at work holding this massive tommy bar for the screw off the Reed. The Woden is a better vice but the Reed is ridiculous fun.

I was meant to collect this lot on Saturday.
But snow made collection impossible that day.
So the seller arranged for UPS to deliver them to me, at no extra charge.




French paraffin blow torch. It looks like it will work. I think the pump washer needs so attention.

A rather large acquisition and one I got a few months ago.

This is an old pre war Drummond lathe. I’m not entirely sure of what to do with it as it needs some work and I don’t know how well it’ll run but it’s very nice to look at and came with a 4 jaw vice, face plate and a lot of other attachments.

Here it is before we heaved it onto a trailer with an engine crane and pallet truck.

It would look nice sitting along my other machines

I have arranged to most likely go and acquire a snow blower this weekend.

This weather we're having is too bloody much here. And loads of snow fell off the roof and buried my SOs bike so she had to dig out with a shovel.

A new workshop. Hooray! More power than I could shake a stick at, use of the toys included and a twelve minute drive from home. Floor is slopey, but we can work around that. Can't wait to move in!

Got sick and tired of handing in leccy diesel injectors for testing and the shop announcing their knackered so I aquired this gadget that will trigger them using my pop tester as a pressure source. May get bored pumping the machine up by hand and rig up a HP rail with a pump.
