Im a big Toyota fan having bought one last year. I get having 4 motors is better than 1 but the yearly charges of 4 taxes, 4 insurances etc would spoil my day every morning when I opened the curtains.

would love to only have 4......This is motor number 6

A small Clarke blast cabinet appeared on a local Facebook recycle thread the other day, needless to say it was claimed pretty quickly. I was kicking myself for missing it, but I can't be on FB all day. Yesterday I walked to the local shop to get some milk and saw it was sitting there in the garden of the person trying to get rid of it, so when I got home I sent a message to say if no-one else claims it, I'd be interested. Someone was coming for it, but she'd let me know if it fell through. Got out of the shower last night ready to go to the pub, and I got a message saying "it's yours if you want it". So went to the dark garden shed, got the trolley that I should have taken for the last metal cabinet, and walked round there sharp-ish.

I haven't had a detailed look at it yet, I think the actual blast gun is missing but I've got one of those I can put into service, and it doesn't look like the cow-examining gloves are there. Maybe that's why the other person didn't take it. All I have to do is work out how to get it to the shed, but maybe it'll have to stay at home until the roads are dry enough for me to bring the Sportshatch home and use that for transport.

Turns out I'd have been better off without the trolley as it was a bit too low and I had to walk back hunched over to hold the cabinet onto it.

I used to drive a white Cavalier saloon, once went to pick someone up from Bradford interchange and 2 people, separately tried getting in, thinking it was a taxi (Bradford taxis were, or still are, white with a black bonnet)

My own fault really

The easiest way to tell a taxi in Bradford, is its a Prius or being driven at speed, on the wrong side of the road, up the outside of the traffic, only to make a sudden, un-signalled, left turn through the traffic, then pull up in the middle of the road and block it . . .

The articulation of the camera is only in a single plane but I'm fine with that...£79 on Amazon.

Hahah... used to love doing that on the bikes.
Toddle up the outside to the T, wait until there was a sizeable gap in the oncoming traffic in the right-side lane, and simply blast out to the right, melding in with traffic on my left.
Got a few indignant hoots from mugs in the queue, but stuff'em.

Alu bar, thanks to @Bki26 for finding and sharing the details.

Amazon haul. Seems I ordered 8 bags of chainsaw sharpening bits( plus a few bags last week!) an imperial square and three socket sets.

The sockets are thin but look ok for light work. Better than expected!
