They became obsolete/redundant due to sparking when stabbed on the battery terminals . HASAW people did not like that one iota especially if petrol fumes were present .Now that's a proper battery discharge meter.......
I've been trying to find a good one for years, even considered buying a new one at one point.....one of those and a Hydrometer is all you need to test lead-acid vehicle batteries.
