Not wanting to sound too alarmist, but given you're manufacturing a safety device, are you at all concerned about the material traceability of the parts you're using?400 M6x12x0.5 stainless washers for £3.4 from aliexpress lol ebay is about £30-50
Don't forget the other 20 with bigger burrs than Canada399 and a faulty one ...![]()
I used to get them from Screwfix when they sent me a voucher, which they haven't done for ages.
I didn't know those existed until I recently saw one in use on the Youtube Diesel Creek channel. For a change I bought more Milwaukee in an attempt to keep me cool or at least not as much of a sweaty mess

Much improved by a decent cdi ignition system , or just something that throws a humungous spark ....Well it couldn't last, after just over a year without a bike and no plans to get another, lack of will power won again
Got this today, a 1965? BSA Bantam D7

Extended nose plugs help get the spark out into the combustible mixture.
Two strokes are likely amongst the more subtle snares of Satan......
B175 head comes in handy if you can turn one up at a sensible price.
Got a link for the hose? Or make?
