I’d looked at them but on one of the YouTube videos they recommended the puller type I bought for when access is tight.

Said to the missus tonight I really wished I could find my 18V Fakita multitool. Been bugging me where it is for ages and a number of jobs where it would have been / will be well handy.
Then I see an email my Temu delivery is in the box:
£25.53 of finest Chinesium tat. Reckon I ordered it whilst in the pub. Tbh I thought I'd ordered a bare tool for that price but it's got two 2Ah clone batteries and a wall wart charger.
Whacked on a genuine 5Ah Makita battery to give it a try. Seems a tad underpowered. Will have to test in anger on something.

I have some brushes that look very much like those - and yes, a lot of the bristles seem to escape - I look upon them as reinforcing in the paint.
They were a metric inch too . . . 20mm wide.

Today I acquired a working car new enough to see if my £3 fleamarket OBD2 diagnostic reader worked - it does 
* I picked the ELM327 OBD2 reader up on a market a few months ago but everything I work on is pre-OBD2 so it took a while to find a test mule to try it on. A non running corsa got delivered on a truck last month with a blown head gasket. Headgasket is now fixed and the code reader works fine. A working £3 tool and a working Corsa that I've not paid for - it's been a good day
(I said I'll take the car asap and pay scrap value when seller finds the paperwork, seller was happy, he just rang to say he's found the paperwork .. perfect timing)
