Yes my ICS M4A1.
What makes me angry is not the wipe itself which is about 15 euro on Amazon.
But the fact someone went in front of home and had time to loosen up the nut and remove it.
Today is a wipe, yesterday was a key scratch tomorrow might be a broken window and eventually bones because I don't have money to waste replacing it because a miserable wants to start a war he's not able to end.
Not going to happen again, new mirror wipe will have some razor blades glued beneath the plastic cover and this would be a great way to tell to the idiots I'm not going to accept anything more.
I've found door handles open sometimes but they are locked from inside so I didn't care much about till now.
The problem is that if I allow that someday someone would do something worse.
There are few drug and alcohol addicted nearby and most likely one of those stolen it.
When I see blood on my car and someone will bandages on the fingers they'll get what they deserve.
I really can't stand that, because I'm the one in the neighborhood who helps everyone no matter what.

I like the rear castor wheel. Those toppers don't like going around corners on the side runners.

Was up early yesterday and did the first car boot of this year , weather wasn't great and it was poor . But I did get this old battery charger

I've been watching a thread on here with interestand may have a go at some derusting , or some plating I've quite a few lures ( proven catchers )

It's been there for probably 24 years, oxydised threads and slots, it had a nut.Stolen or did it fall off? Italian car remember

Very unlikely to get loosen and pop out by itself.

On first glance I had assumed that it was nylon but after making a cut it appears to be a resin impregnated rod, similar to tufnol but without the characteristics smell. At least all the tufnol I have ever caught stinks to high heaven. Any other suggestions or collective wisdom on what this might be?

Goodies to push my Landrover 101FC rebuild along more.
New rear crossmember lefthand outer chassis section, full set of suspension polybushes front and rear, new shackle bolts, the front crossmember braces pieces that were bent beyond saving on mine, and the fairlead mounting bracket for the front bumper which completes the bits I was missing for fitting a nokken winch, that I've pieced together the kit for individually because I was too much of a cheapskate to pay the going rate for a complete one.
It desperately needed some of this stuff when it was stripped down to straighten & clean up the chassis.
Now just waiting on a right hand outer rear chassis crossmember piece to arrive, then it can be got on with. I have a bunch of other jobs in the shed to clear out the queue first to make room to get the rotisserie with the chassis on it back in anyway.

Bit of fighting with tyre levers, couple of patches on the tube and it'll be right. Even has a loader to save trying to jack it up, as long as the wheel nuts undo.
Is that one of those BKT brand 3 rib tyres?

Does it turn like tufnol (i.e. cotton/cellulose fibre impregnated) or does it turn like plastic?
I have a piece of bar similar colour but that's definitely a grade of tufnol.
Bear in mind there are dozens of grades of tufnol, CARP being the most common but also whale and others.

I tried turning some and the finish was poor. I may try again with a better choice of HSS cutter.
I've not turned tufnol before so I don't have a point of reference. But I have sawn, drilled and milled tufnol sheet, and this stuff seems quite different.
Tyre machine will make it a lot easier. As an 18 year old, I remember changing tyres using 2 bits of angle iron and a sledge hammer to break the bead.But that's the most important bit!
