My ER40 set only goes from 4-3mm to 26-25mm - where did you find the other sizes?

I am quite happy with it provided Im not paying extra delivery charges T
The c*ntinential I removed, disintergrating at the bead with rust showing, and the different rubber of logo peeling off. Only had a few months of use but bought in 2014. He other pair bought at the same time, cracked all round in centre of the tread. Stored in garage too.

Had it once before a year ago. Just really ill for one day then I got on with stuff whilst isolating for 10 days.
Leading up to this I'd had I a bit of a dodgy tum judging by the seriously offensive wind I had. Yesterday afternoon dead tired as in dropping. Said to SWMBO I felt "out of sorts". Went to bed super early. Woke up feeling "alright". Went to work today. Pretty soon started getting hot and cold. Did a test, positive. Came home early, went to bed and slept for a few hours. Runny nose now and just taking paracetamol. Plan tomorrow is get out in the fresh air and potter, just keep moving. Saw what it did to my mum and now dad.

Nice to hear. I thought I'd read some good things about Newarc stuff and also about using them for gouging, but after I bought it I couldn't find a single comment about them and I wondered if I'd made it up in my head!
It's got 100% duty cycle at 300 amps and that's what I want to be gouging at, so hopefully it should do OK.

They look good. So long as they are micrograin carbide they should hold an edge. You can use regular carbide but you have to sharpen it more often. I have in the past used carbide slip gauges for scraper tips.

You can do something as simple as sticking a cheap 1500 grit diamond lapping disc onto a piece of ally or steel with double-sided tape and holding it in your 3-jaw chuck. Run the lathe at 400rpm and use it as your shapener.

Another tube of dryflex (And a rant)...
I got some a week ago to sort a rotten window sill at my nan's house, when I got there she said "Can you have a look at the door step", turns out it's rotten as fk so I spent the morning carving it back to solid wood, spudged a whole tube of resin in and bought another to do the sill. After I'd finished the sill and put the ladder away, "Can you just have a look at the bedroom window".
Turns out that's bloody rotten too, really the glass needs taking out so I can be sure it's all cleaned out, then fill it with resin, refit the glass and reputty. Actually the glass needs replacing, the dick who painted the frames years ago scratched all round the edges with sandpaper. I don't have time for that now so I just gouged it out as best I can, stuffed the rest of the second tube in and bought this third tube to finish it, what's the chance when this is all gone she remembers another patch of rot? (And what's the chance this window needs doing again properly in a few years because I haven't caught all the rot ).
If she'd said right at the start "All these places need looking at", I could have bought the twin tube system with the special double barrel skeleton gun, and not paid any postage because the local KB have it all in stock, this way I've bought three, more expensive 2in1 tubes, and paid postage three times. It's not my money, but it's still frustrating.
