A trolley for the toolboxes, there's 35 kilos in each of them and my back isn't up to heaving them about working on the cars any more.
It started with a link to some solid rubber wheels I saw on here (thanks @8ob ). Wheels were duly ordered and have been sat in the corner of the shed for 18 months, it doesn't do to rush these things.
All made from bits of Rapid Racking rescued from a clearout at work, except for the axles which are 20 x 20 box.

The wheel bearings are 16mm ID, I had some round bar about the right size. Turned down to fit the wheel, the other end was a press fit in the box section.
14mm holes at each end so it could be plug welded in.

Test fit. Think it'll do the job. Colour scheme is a bit CBeebies but I expect I'll get used to it.

I'll take the wheels off again and give the bare metal bits a coat of primer, at least, before it gets used in anger.
