Usually certain repairers use certain machines that they’ve bought into and that’s all that can be used on their car. CEA, GYS, Fronius all have contracts with certain manufacturers.The proper Audi repair guy gave me the details of the mig welder needed to do the repair, I am tempted to get one as I would like to try a twin pulse mig but it was £5k or something. ..
