Looks like inner arches are available too....in fact it looks like you could just buy an entire car in panels...save the chassis plate though

Nearly every single body panel is available for them . (Except the roadster windscreen frame for one , Another reason I decided on one ) .
It’s the cost that’s prohibitive (esp when you need a few ) and most don’t look like rocket science to fabricate .
After a quick poke with the SFH as opposed the BFH , both boot floor corners have gone but the boot itself seems ok , sills seem ok , both inner wings need the rain channels dealing with / minor repairs , I’m going to need to pull the screen at some point to deal with bubbling /small repair to the A pillar/scuttle , drivers floor shot and passenger floor needs repair .
On the plus side
Rear valance , roof , boot lid , gearbox tunnel , all glass and bright work are sound .
The engine starts and runs , it moves under its own steam and it came with a Spare NOS exhaust .
That’s about the summery, work to begin soon

There are a few bits they don't sell despite making them to make the full shells.
The legbox side has a flange down it's front edge with captive nuts welded on plus stiffening dishes and it would take a while to fabricate a good copy, my personal choice would be to buy the panel.
I think you have a hole in the top front of the driver side inner sill, I'd bet the diaphragm between inner and outer sills has rotted through.

I've never compiled a list.....
But my memory suggests :-
Three synchro tunnels and floors.
Pull handle doors or skins.
Some things are only in the last version used, like the rh inner wings always have the latest fuse box mounting plate. MG modified the tooling as the cars changed and BMH are using that same tooling.
Didn't have a digital camera the last time I had to weld anything on my mgb so any pictures are proper ones on paper, which I've not scanned.

HopefullySoon...agree on the cost plus if you just buy every panel needed and plug weld them together it kind of takes the fun out of the hobby. I did cheat with the Figaro repair arches....I was going to make those myself too but it was just too much effort. I think having the panels available is a good fall back just in case you come across something you just don't want to make yourself....or if the repair panel sabot the same cost as making the part yourself.

Fun looking project. I did one years ago but never to a proper finished condition - I've got one of the jubilee ones waiting in a barn to get its turn. I've still got a "hot" engine and ford gearbox conversion ready to go in it.
I'd say if you're doing the drivers floor then the sill will need attention, and it's not much extra work. They have probably been done at some point anyway - make sure someone hasn't stuck the new castle rail over the old. Also I'd go with heritage panels over steel craft where you can, they just seem to be better finished off (sharper corners etc). I'd also get rid of the bumpers and put Sebring panels on - that's worth 50hp on its own!
Great fun cars and easy construction to repair compared to the tin foil thin complex shapes of later years.

Found myself a few hours free today so started to attack drivers splash panel/ front inner wing with the ‘ metal strength indicator , and removed what failed with the ‘instant rust remover’ a 1 mm slit disk , (claw hammer for scale) until I got back to sound ish metal , some areas need a bit more attention .

With regard to using thicker steel, the MG is mostly 0.9-1mm, which perfectly good, 1.2 is difficult to form & cut imo & will always be noticeable as a patch repair.

Looking at the front suspension, it's a B, but standing by to be corrected!
The member across the car in front of the radiator is also a good pointer that it is a B with a C bonnet.

dont suppose you could post me a CAD template of the underfill for the back lights could you .
After a bit of reaseach ive found out that someone at somepoint in the MGs life spent 680 (nowdays) on the crome bumper conversion parts from MOSS , but obv couldnt weld as none of the weld on parts got fitted
, and they want 50 ish just for those !
