This has been on the round tuit list for a while, got it off eBay for chips about six years ago, I stripped it down, cleaned it and reassembled it but that's it. At some point I slapped that grey paint on it, seems to match the floor so I must have had some spare.
Here's where it sits now, last night I pulled it apart, it's not the best design in terms of serviceability, the guards, tables and wheels have to come off in order knock the shaft out to change the belt. This all needs to come off to lift the water tray off (Which is bloody heavy I might add). There's two bolts inside holding the sump on the side, I recall that being a nightmare to refit so I've got that to look forward to. The motor can then come out which gives enough room to reach up inside to take the pump out. Then it looks like this:
I've started wire brushing the column, it'll be a while before it's ready for paint. It's quite rough and there's a lot of holes to fill, hopefully I've still got a pot of Isopon from doing my Pollard drill a couple of years ago. Still got that same dark blue paint but I might get another colour, need more primer anyway iirc.
