Seeing an M300 in the pic above reminded me, I have a friend who's a tree surgeon and mills wood on a large scale, and he has various transport kit, I might ask him if he'd be interested in taking a day off and coming with me to collect.
But what I'm looking for in this thread is some sense of mileage rates/ loading and unloading rates, not a quote - I'm working on the assumption that access will be easy; if it's on the third floor of a loft conversion with spiral staircase, I won't be buying it.

.............had to take a few bits off and tighten the sphincter during the offload but its doable. Take another pair of hands with you though, the bloke who I bought mine off was useless so ended up struggling myself.
