They are the first thing I take off my carsGlad to hear you got the locker off.
Why do we need locks on road cars nowadays? Can’t remember the last time I heard of alloy wheels being stolen.

my Mondeo this time. Ordered 2 new tyres. Back street place my family has used for years.Got it off quite easily actually, managed to prise apart the spinning collar that was really soft metal, once that was off I just hammered on a 19mm socket and it undid no mither, got a couple of new nuts from GSF.

Good old McGards. POS. Best removed and placed in a skip.
By the sounds of it, they did try a decent quality removal tool, which if it didn't shift them, then it's going to take a bit/lot of effort to shift them.
I've not had to deal with them for a long time, but I'm sure @premmington has shared his techniques before.
Those sets are not great and very slow work in a dremel, better in a die grinder, however I dont think any of them are small enough to get access that will actually work.
I think my approach would be stick a 6mm pilot drill the bolt and then a small holesaw, or even, might be quickest to drill the head off and extract the rest with a pipe wrench after the wheel is free.
I wouldnt want to weld anything connected to car, just incase electrics get fried.
Along with radio codes and immobilisersLocking wheel nuts are the biggest pain in the motor trade
Not a fan of Laser tools, I had the misfortune to need to ring their helpline about a product, put it this way, helpline was the wrong terminology.Which laser tool? Just so I can avoid in future.. i had one of their stud remover chucks and that was useless.
As the spinny bit is off, Id suggest grinding a small flat and knocking it round with a cold chisel.
