I do not think it is meant to. The picture is what he has right now. The diagram is what he wants to end up with, using any components in the photo that are suitable, buying new ones where necessary.
Ok, it just didn’t seem clear to me that was the case but makes sense. I think the components have been identified, if you need any help on programming the drive then give me a shout, I work for Schneider and have done a few.
Id also be tempted to stick with 24v dc for the low voltage side, as Dave said above it works better with vfd inputs etc, plus (in my experience) dc relays etc are more common than 24v ac stuff.
