Beyond me and I don't have a rotary broach tool
I seem to recall This Old Tony has done an episode on making one of these?
You make your cutter and centre drill the back end deep to hold a ball bearing. The wobble tool is just a piece of rod with an off-set hole also drilled for the ball bearing. Put the cutter in the start of the hole, wobble driver in the spindle and bring it down so the ball bearing is trapped between them, start the spindle and push it down using the quill handle.
IIRC using rather than making.I seem to recall This Old Tony has done an episode on making one of these?
I didnt realise wobble cutters were that simple?! I will have to try it!
Possibly - it was a while back when I saw it. I think he ended up making a new broach or fettling it in some way, but it gives you a good insight into how they workIIRC using rather than making.
3D print it....It's on the hand wheels of the beaver mill Mate.
The levers were missing

Wire EDM is definitely the way to go with this one.I’d get it wired out of pre hardened
Cost will probably be prohibitive. This is a pair of handles for a mill that only cost £400. I'd rather not spend £250 on a pair of handles.Wire EDM is definitely the way to go with this one.
The shafts aren't big enough to start withCould also machine the shaft round and cut a key seat in it.
They really are, pal made one out of scrap too be able to make some hex driveI didnt realise wobble cutters were that simple?! I will have to try it!
