I was going to pipe the heater output from the footwell into my habitable area previously.I’m still wearing shorts to work
I have a moaning sorry soft gf so when I get round to it I’m going to need heating in my van(after dozens of other projects get finished first)
Was so well insulated it stayed warm all night after making a brew so didn't bother.

I have, welded loads of cars and no problems, then did some repairs to my Dads Cabstar and popped the alterntor

Just looked at that, was thinking about making the change to a D3 or 4 commercial as its cheaper road tax however it looks like it would be subject to the reduced speed limits for vans so that's a no then

Don’t forget you will want an insulated screen cover as well ............. I like spending others money
that makes a big difference, there is a huge heat loss through the screen & side windows.I never added a link?
The rule changed recently so it is possible to do it but a bit harder than it was before.

I was told at the NEC exhibition that it was at the police request, if it looks like a van that’s what it is. Dont know if that is true though.

I'm glad my van is limited, Rarely drive faster than 60 tbf. Better for fuel economy also! If I wanted to go fast I would buy a sports car, But it's not worth your license

Think unless you can drive fast for a consistently long time its an illusion your getting there quicker any way.
My trip to work today (icy day) some numpty overtook me and two others on slip road joining motorway
On motorway just a couple of miles and sure enough he was at red lights at switch island, just got there quicker
All the way thru Aintree/Bootle he was off from each set of lights first, parked up at next set each time

He's reducing traffic one car at a time by using up as much of the available global fuel reserves as possible
