Remind me, do you have an OBD2 reader?
More likely looking at his phone - you're lucky your wife walked away from this. The adventure is likely over.
SWMBO stopped on a straight country lane for an oncoming white van expecting him to pull in at the obvious pull in place. He passed that at full pelt. At the last minute mounted the bank and side swiped her.
Foreign courier in a hurry! My guess is the sun was in his eyes and / or he wasn't paying attention.
Just glad I didn't just put a new alternator & 2 new tyres on it along with fixing the aircon clutch etc...oh hang on, I did!
I was just about to order an exchange back axle for it so could have been worse!

Anyone got any recommendations for a decent front & rear dashcam?
It is this one I have, probably a better one out now seeing as it was nearly 3 years ago I got mine.
Do you mean Locks n Tools , just off Princes road ? Thats a shame, I dont know anyone else. The new Pug only came with one key, the push button type that does the central locking etc.
The place I used to use in Dartford has stopped doing this sort of car key. The chap said he couldn't afford the updates etc so has 3 machines worth circa £40K sitting there as useful as door stops.
Local auto locksmiths are quoting me £160 - 175 for a transponder, remote key.
Is that really the cheapest I'm going to be able to do it for?

Got to get a new one for SWMBOs Jimny, after she laundered the old one ! And yes, thats about the going rate.
With my 206, I bought key blanks and chips from Aliexpress. Local locksmith cut the key, and I programmed with the lexis box. My 2000 vintage 206 has the ID45 chip. Later ones used the ID46.The new Pug only came with one key, the push button type that does the central locking etc.
