All the 110's came with a Salisbury rear axle - they aren't totally indistructable though. I managed to kill one on my old 110

They did. My mate has a 'B' plate 110 which has a Salisbury and the Series 3 109's have a Salisbury rear too.

No chance. I don't need one anywayHi, you can get Salisbury front axles but they are about £500 secondhand, I'm guessing the budget won't stretch that far.

Much to everyones disapointment I didn't really do anything today, Needed a day off. I did order some parts however 
I spent £190 on paint may need one other primer but not entirely sure, I'll see how the orange peel looks with the chassis primer Huge thanks to Mr barracuda816 He's really been so helpful . Ordered a few chassis components as well Tomorrow If the weathers better I'll strip the chassis completly and begin stripping components, I may take all the little fidly brackets to the shot blasters and I'll clean the rest

it's good to start getting things done but I'm doubtful of a two month completion date :/. I'm so nervous about it Thanks again x

Yup, the one i've got hasn't got tabs but for the High Capacity Pick Up (HCPU) I need the one with tabs

I use a guard whenever I can but like I say, it broke.
They are nice but they are my dads. Well we bought them because it was so messy in the garage. I say we, he bought them because I persuaded him that it would be a great idea
Treat yourself to a new grinder, the injurys that they can cause are horrific, one of the boys at work has just had a go at removing his kneecap with a faulty grinder it made a hell of a mess!

Like I say, I only normally use it with a wire wheel, a guard is pointless then. I use the little Makita one all the time otherwise with the grinding wheels. Much nicer to use.

Yes motorbike. I used to race off road and hurt myself so just ride every now and then at some events i help with.
I ran out of talent today though. Every single component I touch on the chassis needs work. Spent 30mins trying to unscrew one tow bar bolt and still didn't get it off. Walked away crying. Then after a little bit been trying to take the front end apart. Hour later still only got one peice off.
